About

Camp Creek Inn

Camp Creek Inn is a luxury boutique resort on Florida's scenic 30A corridor, adjacent to the Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek Golf Club. The intimate property offers a refined coastal experience with Southern hospitality, set between pristine dune lakes and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Tom Fazio layout routed through 7,159 yards of dunescap and longleaf pine — considered one of the best courses in the Florida Panhandle
  • 30A corridor location places the inn between Alys Beach and Watercolor, with direct beach access to the Gulf's characteristic emerald water
  • Intimate inn scale — a deliberate contrast to the large-footprint resort properties that define WaterSound and Rosemary Beach nearby
  • Private feel with access to a Watersound Club course that remains semi-private, keeping pace of play manageable
  • Par-3 14th plays over water to a peninsula green in a setting that evokes Pete Dye's Carolina work — unusual for a Gulf-coast resort course

The Course

  • Camp Creek Golf Club — 18 holes, par 72, designed by Tom Fazio
Signature Hole

Camp Creek Golf Club · 14 (Par 3)

A downhill par-3 playing to a wide, shallow peninsula green over water — pin positions toward the right grow progressively treacherous, and the surrounding dunescape and pine framing give it a Carolina Low Country feel rarely found this far west along the Gulf.

LXV Insider

Camp Creek Golf Club is technically a Watersound Club facility — confirm guest access rates at booking and ask specifically about twilight tee times in October when the pine and dunescap corridor is at its most dramatic and the course sees its lightest traffic.

Features &
Amenities

Camp Creek Inn is a 75-room boutique hotel within the Watersound Club community on Florida's 30A corridor, giving guests full Watersound Club membership privileges including access to three championship courses, a private beach club, and a multi-pool wellness campus. The Inn opened in 2023 as the resort accommodation anchor for the broader Watersound development.

Three Championship Golf Courses

Guests access the Tom Fazio-designed Camp Creek Golf Course (18 holes, 7,120 yards, par 72, opened 2001) with undulating fairways through sand dunes and native coastal vegetation; Greg Norman's Shark's Tooth course (18 holes, along Lake Powell, Florida's largest dune lake); and the Davis Love III-designed Third Golf Course, which opened in 2025. A Golf Performance Center with private instruction, clinics, and full practice facilities supports all three venues. Green and cart fees run $295 per round on the private courses.

Pool Campus and Wellness Facilities

The Watersound Club pool campus adjacent to the Inn includes a resort pool with lazy river, a 19-foot waterslide, a zero-entry activity pool, and a dedicated adults-only lap pool. A 12,000-square-foot health and wellness center anchors the fitness programming, joined by 16 tennis and pickleball courts. The pools operate with ADA-compliant lifts and are equipped with cabanas available for reservation.

Watersound Beach Club and Coastal Access

Camp Creek Inn guests receive full access to the private Watersound Beach Club, 3.7 miles from the Inn on a stretch of Northwest Florida Panhandle beach. The dining program on property spans ANR, 1936, and Bark 'N Brine (a poolside venue), and the Inn's setting in Inlet Beach positions guests within the 30A corridor — a 24-mile county road running through a series of rare dune lakes and coastal communities.
