This Privacy Policy explains how BLRV LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as LXV Club (“LXV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit lxvclub.org, use the LXV mobile application, apply for membership, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the “Services”). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.
1.Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Contact details — your name, email address, and phone number, submitted through inquiry, newsletter, and concierge forms.
- Membership application information — information you provide when applying, which may include your home address, date of birth, nationality, employment or professional background, home club affiliations, and a photograph or identification image you choose to upload.
- Member profile & preferences — details you share to personalize your experience, such as golf handicap, travel and lodging preferences, dietary requirements, special occasions, and concierge notes.
- Payment information — when you pay an application fee or other amounts, payment card details are collected and processed directly by our third-party payment processor. LXV does not store your full card number.
- Communications — the content of messages, requests, and correspondence you send to us.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, including your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and interactions with the site, through cookies and similar technologies.
2.How We Use Your Information
- To review and process membership applications and verify eligibility;
- To provide concierge services and coordinate reservations, travel, and access to partner clubs, resorts, and experiences;
- To process payments and maintain records of amounts due and paid;
- To communicate with you about your application, membership, requests, and—where you have opted in—news and offers;
- To operate, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Services and to comply with legal obligations.
3.How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Partner clubs, resorts, and venues — when you submit an inquiry or ask us to arrange access or reservations, we share the information necessary to facilitate that introduction or booking with the relevant partner and its membership or reservations contact.
- Service providers — we use trusted vendors to operate the Services, including a payment processor (to charge fees), and email and hosting providers (to deliver messages and host our systems). These providers may process your information only on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.
- Affiliated company — LXV is affiliated with Private Club Marketing, and contact and inquiry information may be shared with it to support membership, marketing, and client-service operations for LXV.
- Legal & safety — we may disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LXV, our Members, or others.
- Business transfers — if LXV is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
4.Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, to understand how the Services are used and to improve them. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features. Analytics providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your membership or application record, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. - Deletion — you may request that we delete your personal information, subject to legal and legitimate business exceptions.
- Marketing opt-out — you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in those messages or by contacting us.
- California residents — depending on your state, you may have additional rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. LXV does not sell personal information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

LXV operates in the United States, and your information is processed and stored there. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
