About

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town

Tucked inside The Sea Pines Resort at the southern tip of Hilton Head Island, The Inn & Club at Harbour Town is a 60-room boutique hotel built around one of golf's most photographed finishes: the par-4 18th at Harbour Town Golf Links, where Pete Dye and design consultant Jack Nicklaus set the green in the shadow of the red-and-white Harbour Town Lighthouse. The hotel has carried Forbes Four-Star status longer than any other property on the island, pairing coastal-plantation architecture and Frette linens with the marina bustle of Harbour Town just steps away. Guests fish, sail and shop from the yacht basin, then return to a serenity pool overlooking the first fairway. Every April, the course hosts the PGA TOUR's RBC Heritage, drawing the pros back to the lighthouse they've made famous.

  • Home of the PGA TOUR's RBC Heritage, played every April on Harbour Town Golf Links
  • The only Forbes Four-Star hotel on Hilton Head Island
  • Three courses designed by Pete Dye, Jack Nicklaus and Davis Love III
  • Steps from the Harbour Town Lighthouse, marina and yacht basin

The Lighthouse and the 18th

The Lighthouse and the 18th

No finish in golf is more recognizable: Pete Dye's par-4 18th at Harbour Town Golf Links plays toward Calibogue Sound with the red-and-white Harbour Town Lighthouse standing sentinel behind the green. Climb its 114 steps for a small maritime museum and a rooftop view over the yacht basin, or watch the PGA TOUR play the hole in person every April at the RBC Heritage.

Harbour Town Marina

Harbour Town Marina

The island's most photographed marina sits just below the Inn, ringed by more than 20 boutiques, waterfront restaurants and a covered pier where sportfishing charters, sightseeing cruises and sunset sails depart daily. Come evening, the Liberty Oak and Gregg Russell's decades-running sing-alongs draw the resort down to the water.

A Forbes Four-Star Address

A Forbes Four-Star Address
