Rules & Regulations

These Rules & Regulations (“Rules”) govern the conduct of every Member of LXV Club, operated by BLRV LLC (“LXV”). They are incorporated into, and form part of, the Membership Agreement. Because LXV access depends on the trust of our partner clubs, resorts, and venues, every Member is expected to uphold these standards. When you use LXV access, you represent LXV, and your conduct reflects on the entire community.

1.Membership Standards

• Membership is personal to you and may not be sold, shared, transferred, or assigned.
• Only the named Member (and approved guests under Section 4) may use LXV access and benefits.
• Members must keep their account, profile, and payment information accurate and current.
• Members must be in good financial standing; access may be paused while any balance is past due.

2.Conduct & Etiquette

• Treat the staff, members, and guests of every partner club and venue with courtesy and respect.
• Honor the traditions and etiquette of the game of golf, including pace of play, care of the course, and the customs of each host club.
• Conduct that is abusive, dishonest, unlawful, or that damages LXV’s reputation or its partner relationships is prohibited.
• Members are responsible for any damage they or their guests cause at a partner property.

3.Host Club & Venue Rules

When accessing any club, resort, or venue through LXV, you must comply with all of that property’s rules, including:

• Dress code and appearance standards;
• Policies on mobile-phone use, photography, and social media;
• Rules regarding caddies, carts, practice facilities, and tee-time procedures;
• Club hours, access restrictions, and blackout dates; and
• Any instruction given by the property’s management or staff.

The host property’s rules govern while you are on its premises. LXV access does not override a partner’s own membership rules or its right to refuse or limit access.

4.Guest Policy

• Guests may be permitted at the discretion of LXV and the host property, and must be arranged in advance through your concierge.
• The sponsoring Member must accompany their guests and remains fully responsible for the conduct, charges, and compliance of every guest.
• Guest privileges may be limited by a host property’s rules and availability.

5.Reservations, Bookings & Concierge Requests

1. All access, reservations, and experiences should be arranged through your dedicated LXV concierge. Members should not contact partner clubs directly to request LXV access unless instructed.
2. Please submit requests with as much notice as possible. Availability is never guaranteed and is subject to the host property’s discretion.
3. Hotel reservations and tee-time reservations are coordinated as part of your membership at no additional service fee.

6.Cancellations & No-Shows

• Notify your concierge as early as possible if your plans change. Many partner clubs, restaurants, and vendors impose their own cancellation and no-show charges.
• You are responsible for all third-party cancellation fees, deposits, and no-show charges resulting from your reservations.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may jeopardize LXV’s partner relationships and may result in restrictions on your access.

7.Payment of On-Site & Third-Party Charges

Members are responsible for paying all charges incurred at partner properties—including green fees, room rates, food and beverage, retail, gratuities, and taxes—either directly to the provider or through the payment method on file with LXV, as arranged. Settle all accounts promptly and in accordance with the host property’s policies.

8.Privacy & Confidentiality

• Respect the privacy of other Members, guests, and the members and staff of partner properties.
• Do not photograph, record, or publicize other Members or private club settings without consent and without regard to the host property’s media policy.
• Member information and the LXV community directory are confidential and may not be used for unsolicited solicitation.

9.Use of the LXV Name & Brand

Members may not use the LXV name, logo, or partner relationships for commercial purposes, endorsements, or solicitation without LXV’s prior written consent, or represent themselves as acting on behalf of LXV.

10.Safety & Assumption of Risk

Members participate in golf, travel, and activities at their own risk and are expected to follow all safety instructions of host properties and activity providers. Members are responsible for ensuring they and their guests are fit to participate and appropriately insured.

11.Enforcement

LXV may, in its sole discretion, issue a warning, restrict benefits, suspend, or terminate the membership of any Member who violates these Rules, the Membership Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, or the rules of a partner property, or whose conduct harms LXV or its partner relationships. Termination for a Rules violation does not entitle the Member to any refund.

12.Amendments

LXV may amend these Rules from time to time to protect the experience and integrity of the community. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use of LXV access constitutes acceptance.
