Fess Parker Wine Country Inn is a 19-room property in the heart of the Santa Ynez Valley, built around the Parker family's 714-acre estate winery and anchored by an Italian restaurant from one of the Central Coast's most recognized hospitality groups.
Estate Wine Program
The Parker family has farmed the Santa Ynez Valley since 1989, producing Rhone-focused estate wines — Syrah, Grenache, Viognier — alongside Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from Sta. Rita Hills and Santa Maria Valley AVAs. Head winemaker Blair Fox, who joined in 2005, received the Andre Tchelistcheff Winemaker of the Year award from the San Francisco International Wine Competition in 2008. All inn guests receive a complimentary bottle at check-in plus tastings at both Fess Parker Vineyard and the sister label Epiphany Cellars.
Nella Kitchen & Bar
Opened in 2020 as a collaboration between the Toscana Restaurant Group and the Parker family, Nella is led by Verona-born Executive Chef Luca Crestanelli. The menu centers on Roman-style pinsas baked in an artisan style distinct from Neapolitan pizza, house-made pastas, and locally sourced Central Coast proteins including scallops and grilled prawns. A Farm & Cheese Bar features charcuterie from Alle-Pia Fine Cured Meats in San Luis Obispo.

The inn's 19 rooms and suites — no two identical — are spread across both sides of Grand Avenue in downtown Los Olivos and feature gas fireplaces, hardwood floors, and spa-inspired bathrooms.
